Deleting your data
Disconnect an ad account, delete connected-platform data, or close your account. Choose the option that fits your request.
Last updated: October 16, 2026
You can disconnect an ad account, request deletion of data from a connected platform, or close your Kerdixo account. These are separate choices. You do not need to close your account to ask us to delete connected-platform data.
1. Disconnect an ad account
In the Kerdixo app, open Connectors and choose Disconnect on the ad account. A successful disconnection removes the credentials stored for that connection, including any conversion-tracking credentials you supplied. If other accounts share the same platform login, copies of that login credential may remain for those connections until they are also disconnected.
If Disconnect is unavailable because campaigns still use the account, follow the guidance shown in Connectors. If you cannot complete the disconnection, email [email protected] with the platform and ad-account ID so we can help. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Disconnecting does not delete your stored campaign history or close your Kerdixo account. To request deletion of stored data, follow section 3. Review any running campaigns directly in the ad platform before removing access.
2. Remove access on Facebook or TikTok
- Facebook: open Business integrations in Facebook settings, find Kerdixo, and choose Remove. See Facebook's instructions.
- TikTok For Business: open the authorization settings for the TikTok For Business account you used to connect, find Kerdixo, and choose Remove. See TikTok's authorization guidance.
Removing an authorization withdraws the permissions granted through that authorization. Separate permissions or credentials may need to be removed separately. If you cannot find Kerdixo or are unsure which access to remove, contact us at [email protected].
Removing access does not delete data already held by Kerdixo. To request deletion of that data, follow section 3. Data held by Meta or TikTok is subject to their own policies and deletion processes.
3. Request deletion of your data
Email [email protected] and tell us whether you want to:
- Delete data received from a particular connected platform or ad account, without closing your Kerdixo account; or
- Close your Kerdixo account and request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including connected-platform data.
Include your Kerdixo sign-in email and, for a specific connection, the platform and ad-account ID if available. Use your sign-in email address where possible. If you no longer have access to it, contact us from another address and explain this; we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority over the account. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.
This request route is available to all Kerdixo users. Deleting connected-platform data may prevent us from continuing to operate the affected campaigns.
4. What happens after your request
We review deletion requests without undue delay and respond within the time required by applicable law. For requests under the GDPR or UK GDPR, this is normally one calendar month, subject to applicable identity-verification and extension rules. If a permitted extension is needed, we will explain the reason and expected response date within the applicable deadline.
We delete data covered by a valid request without undue delay, subject to applicable law and the relevant platform's deletion requirements. We will explain the outcome, including any data we retain, why we retain it, and the applicable retention period or how it is determined.
Records required by law, such as financial records where an applicable obligation requires them, are retained only for that obligation and for as long as it lasts. See section 8 of our Privacy Policy for our retention approach.
5. Contact
